Omeed Web Creation: Our First Startup in 2009 as Software Company. from 2009 to 10 we are struggling to find Business ( Software & Website Projects).at that time people are not Aware With Website, why they need website this was the biggest question but we were growing slowly and in 2011 we have started developing website for marriage bureaus , Matrimonial portals. I got the nerve of the market,what is in trending & who will be our potential customers ,which can pay us 25-50000/- easily for 1 project . Before "Note Bandi" we are working with 40+ clients & school/colleges , Hospitals & other projects are bonus for us.........Get Info System: I joined as Business Development & Sales Development officer ,here I have to find Prospects Local or Whole Mahakaushal. Our Targeted Customers'are School, Coachings, Colleges where we can sell our School/Institute management sw. Starting is good but unfortunately partners have some issues thats why they shutdown their business........Chawla Publication: I have Worked with Chawla Publication ,Well known publication brand in Punjab for publishing Law books , Law sw. My Job as Business Development is to find Prospects Lawyers ,Law Firms who can buy our Software In Local Jabalpur & Indore. Work was good but no Sunday Rest , Work start from 9am to 11pm because I have to take appointment from Advocates to meet them in their offices after court closed. That's why I say tata, Because Earning is Important but My Family is most important. I don't how or where I can spend my time, I am loosing my Friends & that is not Good . .........Multiplex Appliances PVT LTD ( Ventair Chimney): I have Joined Ventair as A Sales officer to Develop their Business in Jabalpur region. Ventair was in Jabalpur from 2005 but thier monthly sale is about 15-18 units ( 1.5 to 2Lakh/ month) & they are working with 7-10 dealers. But when I joined this company , I focused on Building strong relationship with existing dealers, finding the reason why they are not Selling & make new dealers. in My First quarter I manage to Make 12lakh business with Near by 8-10 new premium dealers. When I left the Job we are getting 5-6lakh business every month with 40+ dealers Network. ..........Social Services: I have done social services for my Community 3 years while working with Omeed Web Creation. Where I have to peoples of all age groups 18 to 80years.
