• Working in production department, which is capacity of 200 tons Curd(Pouch Curd&Cup Curd), 25 tons Bottle Milk ( Extend Shelf Life Milk ) per day and ofcourse this is fully automated plant.• Good Knowledge in SACADA Operations and automation.• Utilize the maximum production on the desire volume from resources and maintains productivity.• Shipment Handling ( curd export to abroad) as a EIA agent .• RCM, Ingredients planning based on the requirement for Operations.• CIP & COP Planning & Execution based on production ( controlling chemical consumption)• Case investigation & route cause analysis against the Market complaint, preparing CAPA.• Handling of Audit works for (ISO,FSSC,EIA,HALAL,FSSAI) like taking traceability, cleaning works.• Equipments & Machinaries planning for production and for Preventive maintenance works also.• Expert in producing good quality products with minimal wastages and time management.• SAP HANA (Strict follow up in TECO,Daily Stock Tally ).• Manpower handling, planning & utilization.• Maintaining RCM, Ingredients Age of Milk.• Strict follow up on FIFO &,FEFO in ( Milk, Ingredients, Culture, PM,FG ,etc..)• Record Keeping & Verification.• Responsible for entire shift activities as a Shift INcharge.
