As Project Manager (HVAC) at Mshehreib Heart of Doha Phase 1 A, [LEED Platinum Registered project] I lead the HVAC project team in project delivery and have overall responsibility for the HVAC system & compliance to LEED requirements.Scope Management, Identification and submission of variations, budget control, Adhering to billing targets, Material Management and Resource Mobilization/demobilization as per project schedule are my primary responsibilities.

Al Udeid- Relocation, Oct 2007 to Sept 2009, Project Engineer [HVAC & PD&FF]• Float enquiries, techno-commercial evaluation, finalization/negotiation with vendors and release of Purchase orders for HVAC & PDFF equipments/materials.• Design of HVAC systems for Aircraft maintenance facilities. Responsibilities included heat load calculations, preparation of design manual, CHW pump & Exhaust fans and AHU pressure loss calculations, duct design & layout, CHW pipe layout and design.Al Udeid Add4, April 2006 to Oct 2007, Project Engineer [Special Systems]• Responsible for Design, Engineering, Procurement, installation, T&C and handing over of special systems for 6 Nos. of aircraft shelters. Systems included Jet Fuel loading system in the aircraft, Compressed air system and Foam Deluge system.• Operation & Maintenance in-charge of HVAC & PDFF systems for 70 facilities in the air base, with adherence to budgets and schedules.Al Udeid P4, Oct 2004 to Mar 2006, Project Engineer [HVAC]• Lead Engineer for completion of 35 facilities in the air base. Responsibilities included site erection, testing & commissioning, training & demonstration, preparation of O&M manuals and handing over to the client.• Heat load estimation and engineering for various facilities of Al Udeid Air base (Design & Build project)• Float enquiries, techno-commercial evaluation, finalization/negotiation and release of Purchase order for HVAC equipments.Estimation, Jul 2003 to Sept 2004, Project Engineer [HVAC] / Trainee Engineer• Heat Load Estimation and engineering for bidding of design and build projects.• Floating enquiries, techno-commercial evaluation, estimation and building up the BOQ for bidding of projects.(*Al Udeid P4, Al Udeid Add4 & Al Udeid Relocation were design and build projects.)
