Global Networks was one of the leading developers of web portals for B2B programs. As a part of the user level testing team, was handling the day to day testing requirement including test cases, test reports and scheduling.Various web portals and ERP tools developed by GN included PayRoll System, PetPortals, Inventory Management, Knowledge Management, etc.Was able to arrest /identify multiple user level errors as well as assisted teams who used testing tools. Infocon International Limited earlier called as Agro Computers provided services to many US companies in data conversion projects. The biggest being the conversion of Books of Court Cases for a federal agency other than working for many libraries.Joined as a Data Entry Operator, with a speed of over 100 words per minute, I was able to impress my supervisor and the management team within a span of 6 months. Later on promoted as a Quality Coordinator and was responsible for achieving data quality which includes multiple entry, OCR correction, comparison, and applying validation tools. Promoted as Despatch Engineer with a responsibility of making sure the deliverables are met including Quality and Turn Around Time.
