Key Responsibilities as the SPOC for the HRMS Human Resource Management System and in the Payroll include:• Automation of all employee processes from recruitment to Full and Final settlements• Generation of timely value adding MIS reports.• Reviewing and improving the timeliness, efficiency and accuracy of the payroll process• Liaising with payroll vendor for processing monthly non-taxable reimbursements, payroll and full and final settlements• Monthly reporting on manpower, attrition and costingKey Achievements• Launched the Confirmation and Performance Management process online• Process enhancements in the system ranging from online employee profile management to attendance capturing• Streamlining and implementing the process of Employee Reimbursements• Statutory filing and payments as required pan-India, and liaising with necessary stakeholders

Key Responsibilities as HR Business Partner for East, West, South and the UP-Bihar Business Units include:• Driving the biannual Performance Management System and the Quarterly Incentive Plan end-to-end• Implementing and driving HR processes in the client domains• Maintenance of HR Employee Databases and other data.• Assisting the Talent Acquisition team in the HR Round of the recruitment process.• Timely and Periodic Assessment Centres to asses scalability and role enhancement potential of employees• Impactful engagement activities in the client domains to enhance employee connect• Onboarding and seamlessly assimilating new hires into the systemKey Achievements/Initiatives• Automation of the biannual Performance Management System on an online platform.• Member of Editorial Board of Darpan, the Employee Magazine at Lava• Founding member of Euphoria, the Employee Engagement committee for the National Headquarters Office• Launched an “Appreciation Forum” on the Lava intranet portal to encourage a culture of appreciation.• Conducted biannual Employee Satisfaction surveys and implemented action points in the relevant client domains.
