City Fire Dept Working as a Consultant, he took on a job as a Safety Mgr. for BKK Landfill. There he implemented the SB-198 program. After conducting a thorough analysis there he implemented an aggressive training and accountability system and dropped the Worker’s Comp claims from $40,000 to $1,200 in the first year and received 2 safety awards from the Nat’l Safety Council.Shortly after completing a film course at the Art Center, his next visionary idea was to create a site-specific online training mechanism to train Hi-Rise building occupants on site-specific building systems and procedures. His brainchild yielded both positive and profitable returns. Companies (ie. Shorenstien, WAMU, CB Richard Ellis, and many others) signed on to this revolutionary idea. Since it’s inception and creation in 1999, other Security and Hi-Rise Consulting Firms have adopted and still implement this idea. In 2006, he was hired as Sales, Marketing and Advertising Manager for the Ted Johnson Propane Company. Because of his safety training and sales background, he developed and created the first online industrial dispensing modules. Several national organizations quickly signed on as customers. Because of his particular sales approach, online training and marketing efforts, he is responsible for over 1 million gallons in new sales, representing one third of the companies’ total annual gallons.Specialties: Expertise in creating job-specific/site specific multi-media safety training modules. Proficient in creating, designing, and producing safety signage in conformance with all regulatory agencies.
