Schedule and effectively run demonstrations on the Kaspersky Lab products which included pre-sales proof of concept installation and configuration via remote or on-site assistance with the objective of eliminating any technical issues. Managed from planning to completion, an $80k Novell Netware to Windows conversion which included the setup and administration of IBM x345 and HP DL300 series servers running Windows 2003, IIS, DNS, DHCP and Active Directory, Exchange 2003, and SQL. This conversion also entailed the setup and configuration of new LAN/WAN equipment, i.e Cisco routers and Bay network managed switches. Setup and administration of Bentley Licensing Server, AutoDesk, Solidworks, and ESRI ArcGIS Servers for product licensing purposes. Administer, maintain, develop and implement policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the company databases and user access according to JCAHO and HIPAA guidelines. Maintain, troubleshoot , and repair of computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. Create instructional documentation for users to describe installation, network and operating procedures along with usage guidelines. Administration of a regional/nationwide network consisting of 168 servers and 2000 mixed node LAN/WAN of end-users/computers and related peripherals. Trained and mentored Jr. technicians.
