A&H Project Manager - Technical Analyst➢ Planning, Research & Analysis and Design for new Regional applications or changes to our current ones to add new functionalities that will improve the business productivity.➢ Planning, coordination and deployment of new System6 releases and more than 200 regional applications, including migration from DB2 to SQL database engines, new .Net frameworks and also creation of parallel environments when an upgrade to new operative system was required.➢ Migration of our Automate Software implementations from 7.0, 9.0 and 11 to maintain the level of controls over our day to day operations.

A&H Technical Business Analyst➢ Software Analysis and Support for a software called System6, a system to control all the information of the insured in the entire Latin America Region.➢ Planning and deployment of new System6 releases including creation of parallel environments when a new operative system was required and also upgrading to new DB2 database versions.➢ Installation and configuration of different regional application to complete the functionalities of the System6 global application, such as the Billing and Printing processes.➢ Programming of Applications to control and generate reports of the user access, roles, sponsors and collectors in System6.➢ Keeping the control of the different version of each System6 modules by environments (Development, Test, UAT and Production).➢ Control, Administration and creation of several Automate 7.0 tasks to control different processes much easier by transferring files, sending emails in case of error or completion of a task. ➢ Quality Assurance of the changes or bugs reported in the different applications controlled by my department.➢ Help Desk.

➢ Software Analysis, Design and Programming with SQL Server and Visual Basic .NET for"Safes", a system to manage all the information of the cases handled by the StateAttorneys Office.➢ Programming of several complex reports using Crystal Reports. ➢ Help Desk
