• Served as Credit Controller for Philippines / Malaysia account portfolio.• Ultimately responsible for maintaining all assigned portfolios with high percent current and low past due.• Perform required customer contact (calls/fax/emails) to collect accounts receivable invoices. • Liaise with Business Units on delayed invoice payments and customer disputes resolution.• Enter and update promised payment information into system• Research and communicate with customers/Business Units on unsettled past due accounts.• Responsible for monitoring and updating the Get Paid system reasons for non payment.• Defines and communicates specific portfolio assignments and accountability to collection and reconciliation.• Gives assistance to the cash posting team in identifying invoices being paid by the customer by requesting remittance details to customer• Reconciles documents and reports discrepancies in accordance with established procedures.• Handling of accounts according to Corporate Process and Guidelines.
