A little about me is that I like researching technology as it fascinates me the most. My hobbies include playing video games, hanging out with friends, boxing, and writing. 4 3-month rotations of total Engineering experience, 2 rotations working as a Reliability Engineer, and 2 rotations working as an Engineering Intern. 1 year total worked for E. & J. Gallo Winery Family, half a year working at Gallo, and half a year working at its sister company, G3 Enterprises.Led a project to help emulate an automatic press to better understand how to handle and prevent failures such as not enough lube exertion, too much force, too much pressure, and not enough airflow. The device can also be used to test out new materials and new production methods without having to shut down the assembly lines to conduct testing. This will result in a cost savings of a thousand dollars per hour of prevented downtime per line per equipment center. Led a project to identify key failures and to create failure strategies for machinery by reducing times in between changeovers and reducing the number of items needed for changeover of parts. Conducting a run-to-fail analysis resulted in a solution that would end up saving the company over half a million dollars by conducting these predictive maintenance measures to avoid failure.
