Planning & coordination / execution of various and specialized marketing & communications activities covering: • Developing, supervising and implementing Oriflame Romania brand & communication plan (managing media and advertising execution, product launches, brand events, specific projects both for end consumers and Oriflame consultants)• Analyzing data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends • Adapting corporate strategy of the brand on local market, set objectives and programs to reach targets of growth and profitability & to increase sales volume, brand awareness and create added value• Preparing & controlling advertising budget as well as cooperation with media agencies (Media buying houses, ATL & BTL advertising agencies) • Ensuring top class creation, execution and implementation of the local celebrity endorsement – maximizing local celebrity endorsement online and in social media including tailor made campaigns, activities, contest and promotions• Developing online campaigns with relevant celebrities, influencers, bloggers, KOL• Refresh and energize brand image: brand to be perceived as company not only for mature, but also for younger target group• Identifying and creating partnerships with third parties to create brand awareness, increase sales & recruit new consultants and securing excellent implementation in cooperation with sales department

Coordination of marketing activities for women glossy magazines (Harper’s BAZAAR, Cosmopolitan, Marie Claire, Beau Monde & Beau Monde Mirese): - developing, planning, executing the brand plans and supervising the ongoing brand development opportunities- setting relevant communication channels & media partnerships and ensuring clear communication on brand objectives- developing and managing marketing budgets for the brands and managing projects to timelines and budgetsPlanning and organizing B2B and B2C events, from concept to implementation:- leading and developing event strategies & opportunities- delivering events on time, within budget, that meet expectations- coming up with creative ways & strategies to engage sponsors & partners -working effectively with the editorial & sales team to develop and provide event communication & promotion, collateral, signage, graphics and promotional materials- responsible for budget preparation and tracking, execution and reconciliation, venue evaluation and selection, contract negotiation, vendor selection, staffing plans, event timelines, and onsite management - coordinating all logistical details including room set-up, entertainment program, audio visual, transportation, food & beverage and troubleshooting on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly- conducting analysis to evaluate and report on performance for eventsEvent types: - B2B – thematic & anniversary magazine events - 500-1000 guests - for Harper’s BAZAAR, Cosmopolitan, Beau Monde, Marie Claire- B2C – brand events: Beau Monde Auto Fashion & Style, Cosmopolitan glam sports competitions, Beau Monde movie night out, Bridal Beauty BoutiqueAreas of expertise: brand management & communication, event concept & logistic, budget & project management.
