- Managing and execution of the recruiting and selection projects, depending on the budget and deadlines;- Middle and top management recruiting and selection;- Managing the recruiting projects for the technical, sales, administration and finance departments;- Commercial activities: local and regional market research, data collection and processing;- Initiating and maintaining the business contacts and developing the clients portfolio;- Developing and implementing consultancy projects: collecting, assessing and processing data referring to the client’s organisation needs, drafting recommendations and their validation together with the client, offering support for the final selection of the candidates.

- Coordinating the Human Resources Department (having as subordinate the human resources inspector);- Coordinating the administrative activities (employing file, jobs records, job description, jobs records side letters, employment offers, salary negotiation, organisational and functioning regulations, bylaws regulations);- Coordinating the recruiting and selection activities ;- Managing the employees induction, training and career development within the company, appraisal, motivation, retention;
