I have over 20 years experience in the travel and tourism industry in South Africa, having gained valuable experience in various aspects of the industry from hotel reservations, banqueting, team building, food and beverage in a hotel environment. From here I moved into inbound sales where I have worked successfully with group series, specialist family travel as well as normal FIT including honeymoon and other celebratory travel itineraries to South, Southern and now also East Africa. My expertise extend beyond just booking a vacation but offering expert advice and drawing from personal travel experience to ensure my clients needs are met and expectations exceeded.I always aim to please be that by delivering excellent service, expert advice and creating unique tailored itineraries to meet my clients’ personal requirements. I like to get to know my clients and ask a lot of questions to be sure I understand their exact needs in order to deliver a proposal that will reach beyond their dreams of an African Vacation.
