For Kweek Communicatie, I was asked to do multiple Wordpress related tasks. I built a website for a Tilburg University Project, gave a WordPress workshop and performed as a consultant to help enhance WordPress websites. During this project I gained experience in starting new projects, adapting WordPress themes and communicating WordPress related information to clients.

As Vice Chairman I was a part of the daily board of Study Association Flow 2017-2018, an association with 500 members, both Dutch and International. Being in the Daily Board meant I was the supervisor of two committees, responsible for drafting and executing the Policy, being a general spokesperson for the Association among many other responsibilities. Apart from the general Daily Board responsibilities, I was also in charge of the Internal Affairs of the association. This meant being responsible for the Educative and ICT-related facet of the association: Arranging books and summaries, and maintaining and upgrading the website, social media and in-office ICT.Being in the Daily Board of Flow allowed me to take part in many projects, both individual and with my fellow board members and committees. It was a great opportunity to improve both my hard and soft skills, and to get to know myself and how I perform under pressure. My biggest personal achievements include: Building a Webshop, launching the Flow App and enabling the distribution of free digital summaries.The most important skills I picked up or improved during my time as Vice Chairman were: Practical web design knowledge and experience, leading projects, communication on an organisational and personal level and thinking and acting critically when needed.
