Much of my work focusses on building alignment in 4 areas:. what does success look like & why (end-state... when they have achieved their mission). how to tell the mission story to attract investment / talent etc. . agility... identifying & reacting to disruptive risks & opportunities to accelerate success. value capture (tightly linked with investor readiness)... Prior to committing to strategy full time, I built and sold three companies and helped lead two multi-national turnarounds.
