Responsible for leading the iASAP initiative as subject matter expert on behalf of the global Reconciliation teams. Acted as a bridge between the PMO and the business, effectively communicating Cash Processing requirements ultimately to be able to:•remove the need for 95% of manual entries to the GL to reduce risk of manual error (approx 245,000 per year)•Enable straight-through processing of cash settlement activity•Redesign the cash settlement and reconciliation workflows•Synchronize cash settlement data between GMAX (portfolio) and CODA (ledger)•Ensure the end user financial reports were not negatively impactedI was central to the planning and execution of documenting of current business processes, workflows, available data sources, and was used as a go-to resource for system and accounting input.
