This may get you past a first meeting, but it will NEVER lead to a contract, and will position you're offering just like every other solution in the market.Enterprise Selling is hard, and is never the same - every prospect needs (and deserves) a specific campaign for their business. This must include the core problem / solution identification phases, the understand of the people (and the political landscape), but also mutual understanding of the business priority, (including funding) how the technology solution will be operationalised, and a deep analysis of the technical readiness encompassing how the new offering will be integrated and supported in their landscape.I've spent the last 20+ years working in Enterprise Software Sales, acting as both an Individual Contributor and as a Sales Manager (player / coach) and have an enviable level of success across the Australian environment. I love taking new and innovative solutions to market, educating prospects and customers around new technology enabled models of working, and making material differences to careers and business through efficiencies across information and data.
