Born and raised in Mozambique, I offer a unique global perspective and a deep passion for using technology to drive innovation and make a positive community impact. With 4 years of experience in software engineering, AI development, and leadership, I have had the opportunity to work on projects that blend technical expertise with a strong sense of purpose.Currently, I’m pursuing a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and Statistical and Data Sciences at Smith College. My academic journey is marked by a high GPA and consecutive Dean’s List honors. Additionally, a Machine Learning Foundations certificate from Cornell University has strengthened my foundation in both computer science and data science.Professionally, I’ve developed AI-driven solutions as an AI Studio Fellow at Michelin Mobility Intelligence. My two impactful internships at Microsoft allowed me to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver top-rated projects. My role with the Google Developers Club has also been instrumental in contributing to meaningful initiatives.In research, I contributed to the publication, “Selection of Landmarks for Efficient Active Geolocation,” presented at the TMA Conference 2024 in Germany, where we explored efficient geolocation methods.
