The Platform Architect is a key technical specialist role within the Technology team and will work across Service Victoria's business areas. Steer design and delivery of the cloud-based, digital service platform that is reforming essential Victorian Government transactional service. Build on and improve our AWS based platform to ensure smoother government interactions and superior customer service. Liaise and work with Enterprise Solution Architects, Product Owners and delivery teams to design Service Victoria platform capabilities (customer centric, API-led, AWS Cloud-native) to facilitate the new features and platform assurance for standardised/reusable processes/functions, via web and mobile channels, under the remit of Service Victoria. Participate in the architecture governance board and contribute to enhancement and maintenance of the Service Victoria core platform.
