Working in NILE RITZ CARLTON HOTEL PROJECT in Cairo as a planner the project is to renovate the Nile Hilton Hotel with budget of 550 Million EGP, Owner: MISR FOR HOTELS Project Manager: HILL International Consultant: EHAF, SHAKER and ENCO the responsibilities are:• Preparing the Baseline Time Schedule of the project until final Approval.• Preparing full cash loading for the project • Preparing full resource loading • Monthly updates • Preparing internal reports and look ahead (Weekly , Monthly)• Preparing time claims • Preparing Client reports (Weekly, Monthly )

Theresponsibilities were:• Arrange & control works of subcontractors• Inspection and supervision on steel reinforcement works ,formworks and Scaffolding systems• Installation of Hollow Core slabs • Preparing of minor site modifications, steel reinforcement details and bar bending schedules

1) Working at Al – HosineyaProject (60 million LE, FIDIC contract) Owner: Ministry of Agriculture, Consultant: Invirocivic Office. The project consists of Building a water treatment station which contains elevated tank, ground tank, chlorine store,administrative building, intake pump station and 40 Km UPVC pipe line with different diameters. Theresponsibilities were:• Execution of Piles (with different depths&diameters) • Reinforced Concrete works for the Raft of elevated & ground tank and administrative building• Reinforced concrete works for Chlorine store building• Quantity survey & bar bending schedules for different minor items • Installation of UPVC pipes 500&600 mm diameters2) : Working at Al – Qahira Al- Fatemia project (80 million LE). Owner: Sanitary public utility of Cairo, Consultant: MoharramBakhom office. The project is about making a new and upgraded sanitary system for old Cairo areas by installing precast concrete pipelines, manholes and micro tunneling lines.
