Building and Managing Digital investment & Saving products for Arab National Bank

- Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements- Defining the vision for the team’s product.- Creating a product road map.- Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements.- Managing stakeholders' requirements.- Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage including design, development, testing, and release activities.- Liaising with the product team and end-users to deliver updates.- Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints.Achievements:- Revamped the BM online App including 5 major valuable features for customers and the bank business goal such; Payments, Branch visits, and manage reward program points. - Availing instant transfer through IPN considering ability to transfer to new beneficiary types for PSP “ Alice, phone numbers.- Enhance payment journey including favorite billers and new clustering. - Implement the activation process for the cards through the BM online app.- Conducting inception activities for secured loans, digital acceptance solutions, cardless withdrawals, NFC solutions recently.

- Analyze Card portfolios for insights for business opportunities.- Understand cardmembers’ lifecycle and identify business opportunities through data analysis and campaign result reviews.- Work closely with other stakeholders (Credit, Operation, etc) to ensure credit strategy and risk management measures are performed.- Report performance of Card portfolio growth and profitability and participate in the planning cycle with management, Finance, and other units to ensure. consistency with business goals.- Investigate and respond to customer queries or issues.

- Creating the activities for reporting the BM retail portfolio performance for all internal and external stakeholders, such as designing, validation, sorting, and presenting.- Support the decision maker with a proper recommendation at the appropriate time which maximized the BM retail portfolio and acquisition as well after scanning the market and competitive analysis.- As a retail compliance deputy officer, was responsible to design the proper reports from compliance and AML perspectives to Analyze and monitor the issuer and acquirer business and reporting on suspicious cases.

- Applying the accounting module for the business issuer side specifically credit cards & Acquirer side for POSs on the Powercard HPS system as well as participating in the migration of the card center accounting module from the Legacy system to the core banking.-Daily, monthly, and quarterly adjustments on EBC domestic network for issuer and acquirer side and international schema such as Visa, MC, and Diners club.-Reconcile cards’ portfolios GLs with its cards’ profiles on different systems as well as payment trx via Fawry as an aggregator considering all activities for adjustment.-Execute and adjust the chargeback transactions for both the issuer and acquirer sides on the EBC network.-Settle and adjust POS, ATMs, Branches, and Customer service memos as a daily activity adding to card center expenses and revenue adjustments.
