•Long experience in the integrity operation, work over, well completion, artificial lift techniques (Gas Lift, ESP or both-smart completion), well intervention work and well surveillance engineering in the three fields (Ras Budran, Zeit Bay and Ras Fanar fields.)•Very Good experience in artificial lifting including working in the field doing ESP installation, pulling out of hole, commissioning and troubleshooting, also just started in the office working directly with ESP design, optimization and failure analysis for all down hole and surface equipment’s.•Expert in Production System Optimization to maximize oil production with the existing facilities and the available Artificial Lift energy•Serve as consultant on production facility, operating problems, well testing, well service and complex work over operations.•Provide technical support to Oil and Gas Producing department on production optimization and well integrity related issues.•Deep knowledge and consideration for Safety, Health, Environment and Loss Control.•Team work and hard worker, excellent in the follow up for job or business, Outcome focused.•Increasing ESP wells run life successfully to the highest records in Ras Budran field : - Optimize motor frequency with Cairo office. - Protect ESP wells from national grid power fluctuation which lead to shaft broken. (Change setting of low/high supply voltage & under load setting). - Perform regular routine check of surface equipment & VSD setting. - Perform regular download VSD data and review it with Cairo office. - Improve and maintain ESP wells’ production by Rig less operation such as isolating tubing leak via straddle packer which increase run life to roughly 5 years.

•Perform well intervention activities to obtain required well/reservoir performance data.•Perform, monitor and evaluate daily well’s performance, Work-over implementation, completion, stimulation, perforation, well testing pressure surveys, chemical cutter, water/gas shutoff, PLT, RST, MIT logging, Scale Or Chemical Treatment and issue relevant reports on progress and evaluation.•Using a variety of surface and subsurface measurements made on wells to investigate problems and identify potential well work, including for example surface well tests, gas lift surveys, open hole logs, cased hole logs, fluid sampling, pressure build-up test, etc.•Supervising Wire Line operations (Gauge cutter, impression block indication, sample bailer, GLV Change out, SCSSV change out, and familiar with fishing tools).•Supervising all Coiled Tubing operations (Stimulation "20 & 28 % HCL", N2 Lift techniques, CMT Retainer setting, CMT plugs, cleaning operation {chemical & milling} and perforation).•Work over activities led to full responsibilities for petroleum engineering proposals including water shut-off and the cement evaluation (CBL-VDL, USIT).•Installation and trouble-shooting for both ESP & gas lift wells also optimizing casing pressure, amount of gas injection and point of injection.•Performing and validating daily production, injection, well testing and integrity reports, and identifying any intervention needs in the fields. •Well performance evaluation and testing review.•Inter-acting with different teams (e.g. drilling, process, reservoir engineering) to optimize well operations.•Witnessing and analyzing the static flowing pressure temperature surveys SFPT.•Follow HSE policy, good communication with service companies and holding pre-job safety meeting is a mandatory.•Attending internal and external auditing and had many good points.

•Review and update for operating manuals and procedures according to current conditions.•Monitor wells performances and parameters•Witness all wells down-hole activities i.e. running production logging tools, flow meter surveys, bottom- hole survey, water shut off jobs, perforations, tubing cleaning and acid stimulation jobs.•Schedule for well testing using test separator and report well test data for all related departments.•Calculate for gas injection rate for individual wells and make the required gas lift optimizations.•Supervise all wire line operations like gauge cutter runs, pulling and running of SCSSV, running memory gauges, gas lift valve change out and fishing jobs.•Plan and follow up all wellhead maintenance activities to improve wellhead integrity.
