Responsible for full life cycle recruiting process from requisition approval - creation to requisition closure; including Sourcing, Scheduling, HR Interview, offer release to make candidate join from direct/Indirect channels. Successfully carried out Recruitment Drive on weekdays & weekends Gathering Job requirement from internal stakeholders for all the skills as well. Handling complete end to end recruitment from sourcing till Offer Releasing, on boarding of the candidate. Scheduling Personal/ Telephonic interviews with the candidates accordingly, ensure to take proper feedback on the candidate post interview from the hiring panel globally. Responsible for Vendor Management –Sharing Open requirements to vendors, tracking vendor candidates and regularly providing feedbacks. Involved in daily stakeholder meetings to get the updates on requirements, client interview process. Responsible for closing HR discussions and rolling out offers for shortlisted profiles, ensuring successful joins and closing the positions. Preparation of various MIS reports like Recruitment Master Report, Trackers & Offer Related reports.
