Current- Coordination with the Business Managers regarding their manpower requirements.
- Providing resources to clients as per requirement (permanent/ contract-to-hire)
- Sourcing candidates based on the specific job descriptions through job sites, internet searches, employee referrals and database search.- Job postings on Job portals.
- Maintain MIS reports as per the process requirements.
- Coordinating walk-in interviews and Scheduled interviews (i.e. Face to Face, Telephonic, Video Conferencing, Skype, V-net).
- Source screen and schedule interviews for the various Cliental requirements.
