Current•Coordination with the Business Managers regarding their manpower requirements.• Providing resources to clients as per requirement (permanent/ contract-to-hire)•Sourcing candidates based on the specific job descriptions through job sites, internet searches, employee referrals and database search.- Job postings on Job portals.•Maintain MIS reports as per the process requirements.• Coordinating walk-in interviews and Scheduled interviews (i.e. Face to Face, Telephonic, Video Conferencing, Skype, V-net).•Source screen and schedule interviews for the various Cliental requirements.•Handing IT Infrastructure Skills (i.e. Oracle consultants, Oracle DBA, Network Admin, Network Architect, Service Now Admin/Developer, Windows Admin, System Admin, Linux Admin, Storage Admin, Incident Management, Desktop Support, Project Manager,Android developer)
