- Build PortGhalib’s marketing strategy. - Prepare annual marketing plan - Manage all marketing channels ( website, emails social media, press releases, outdoor ) ensure brand consistency and run campaigns. - Measure KPIs, team evaluation- Prepare annual budget- Develop Advertising campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction.- Oversee Portghalib social media accounts ( security and ownership of business )- Manage and improve both offline marketing material and digital content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.-Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment.- Communicate with board of directors to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies.- Lead marketing team to achieve marketing strategy. - Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out- Stay up-to-date with digital technology and production development.

Technical tasks:- Responsible for Installing, configuring, Administrating, and troubleshooting Servers(windows server 2003, active directory, Microsoft ISA server with GFI web Monitor, MicrosoftExchange server, Kerio Mail server, Symantec End point protection and Microsoft SQLserver )- Resolve problems related to computer hardware, operating system, software, network,Servers, network storage and backup storage.- Install, configure and troubleshooting email Clients (Microsoft outlook. Outlook expresses,Lotus notes, Black berry handheld devices, etc….)- Administrating the company enterprise mail server (Linux server).- Backup planning and implementation.- Troubleshooting marine Internet solutions.- Supervise maintenance day to day work tasks onboard (electrical & entertainment).2. Managerial Tasks:- Maintains discipline of preparing & best utilizing of required resources for assigned projects(IT resources, staff training, outsource facility etc….)- Trainer and instructor for all staff members Foreigners and Egyptians. (computerapplications ” Arabic – English”)- Plan for the Company ERP implementation.- Plan and review the IT operations and IT development services.- Monitor & carry out all assigned project steps, and recommend a suitable development plan.- Work with IMC marketing, training and software services.- Present the Company Operations Manual updates for the IT section- IT Department Members annual Evaluations.- Work with marketing team to prepare suitable E-Marketing material.- Improve the operational systems and processes in support of company mission- Planning IT budget.

- Supervises technical staff that are responsible for district-wide data networks and computer and network operations. Assigns and coordinates work assignments and resolution of critical technical and procedural problems.- Develops and implements long-range telecommunications and data center plans for district systems. - Ensures acceptable levels of performance in networked systems. This task involves a high degree of technical knowledge and effective management procedures within the Technical Services Team.- Maintains technical and operational documentation. - Ensures high availability of host computers and network resources. This task includes developing procedures to maintain security and access and protect against viruses, hackers, vandals, acts of God, and accidental user mistakes.- Develops plans, procedures, and activities to support business recovery when problems occur including backup and restoration procedures, vendor agreements, spare parts, data retention, and restoration planning.- Stays current with technological developments related to computer hardware, software, and networks, as well as management practices
