Ensure that inventory flow is maintained strictly Batch tracking, First Expiry First Out (FEFO), and First in First Out (FIFO) basis to ensure batch traceability.6. Make Delivery Order (DO) & STO as Per Sales & DIC demand.7. To Maintain & Check all depot petty Cash, maintenance cost, transport bill and Delivery Challan with preparing transport bill and coordination with accounts department for the arrangement of the fund.8. To prepare Company 10 depots employees, security guard, Driver, helper, loader salary sheet and calculate their overtime as per company policy & execute their payroll smoothly.9.Keep record of necessary documents, manage and update of depot employeesņ personal files and Processing employee leave, maintaining proper records and report accordingly.10.Create Customer ID and organize, update & manage customers information.11.
