As part of the cooperation between Switzerland & Lebanon, I Managed a portfolio of cutting-edge, agile & multi-disciplinary projects:KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:• Lead the civil, mechanical & electrical rehabilitation & capital renewal/construction of 55 pumping stations and reservoirs across an area of 4500 km².• Completed ~700 KW Solar Powered pumping stations serving ~ 100,000 people including civil works in very difficult geographical settings.• Evaluated the structural conditions of more than 80 buildings near the Beirut Port Blast as part of the Swiss Humanitarian Aid dispatched experts, less than 24 hours after the blast.• Directed the initiation, planning & setup of a full IoT remote water management system covering 40% of Lebanon, considered one of the first comparable systems in the Middle East, while leading cross functional teams of consultants and contractors and across all disciplines. Managed site construction and systems integration with information systems including GIS and ERP.• Completed the 1st Aqua rating technical audit in the MENA Region in partnership with the IWA (international Water Association).• Used data to drive forecasting, analytics and remote operations capabilities.• Setup the first asset management system for a utility in Lebanon.• Planning, construction and fully equipping of the first Wastewater laboratory in the country serving 1 million people.• Worked on upgrading the billing and collection strategy in partnership with the utility, municipalities and the local population.

Introduced a new business idea to to the market, I built a platform connecting service providers in the UAE to Service seekers.
