Additionally, setting up a CRM system for managing customer relationships and business activities, writing content and articles for various projects, worked closely with the marketing on different campaigns and have represented the company at professional conferences. Over the past 6 years, I’ve gained extensive experience as a Product Manager, focusing on SaaS platforms in areas like regulatory compliance, information security, and digital signature & workflow solutions. I’ve managed complex business processes, led large-scale partnerships, and managed product sales teams.
