As the Design manager, I oversee all aspects of design, delivery, and reporting, from pre-construction to post-construction, focusing on design quality. Building design stages were classified into Siting, Re-Siting, Construction Contract, Amendments, Re-siting after amendments, Final Plans, and Construction Plans. While the Major Clients where Edan Brea Homes, Bell River Home, Lily Homes, North Homes...etc.Check all Building Plans for all stages before they are sent to the client to avoid any errors and maintain all quality standards, NCC and planning code requirements; client requirements and briefs were met, identifying any risks and working collaboratively to resolve these issues.Check each building design and plan’s compliance issues against all relevant codes and regulations.
