At $400 for condos and $600 for single family housing, a quality visual inspection with complete thermal imaging is now affordable to any buyer. We also recommend our verbal only inspection during which we will tour a listen property with you during a normally scheduled open house and point out what we see, potentially saving you from one bad investment and into a good one. Our verbal only rate is $50 per property for a 30 minute walk through, the cost will be applied to the full cost inspection if you choose to purchase one of the visited properties.
