Supervision:a. Supervise all ReStore staff, Restore Vista, volunteers, and community service workersb. Establishes work schedules and supervises cashiers, warehouse workers and floor volunteersc. Provides training for all Restore staff and volunteersd. Lead/ participate with ReStore committee meetingse. Address and document performance reviews along with necessary corrective actions for poor performance or behavior2. Finance and Administration:a. Implement and monitor systems for daily cash transactions and depositsb. Assist the Executive Director in achieving operational and financial goalsc. Propose, implement and maintain personnel, sales and inventory policiesd. Oversee and record daily sales3. Operations and Sales:a. Implement daily operations proceduresb. Implement customer service proceduresc. Monitor merchandise pricing compared to other retailersd. Operate computer applications including word processors, spreadsheets and databasese. Operate office equipment including telephones, voice mail, copiers, fax and calculatorsf. Operate store equipment including register and credit card machineg. Prepare daily cash drawer4. Marketing:a. Social media managementb. Coordinate special events related to ReStore (Anniversary Week, Cleanup Week, etc.)c. Coordinate radio/ TV marketing adsd Produce marketing materials (brochures, flyers, sales ads, etc.)5. Deconstruction:a. Establish and maintain professional relationships with multiple city employees, demolition contractors and remodeling contractorsb. Work with volunteers and ReStore staff to ensure the careful and non-evasive salvage of reusable materials from homes6. Other Responsibilities:a. Organizes and prices inventoryb. Stage sales floor and inventoryc. List and maintain materials for sale on outside sources such as Facebook and Craigslistd. Assist with donation pickups when needede. Provides store leadership
