Additionally, I supervise the setup, administrative operations, and training of the command post and provide cross-functional technical and doctrinal insight to the Operations Officer and Director.Major accomplishments:• Planned, coordinated, and supervised the acquisition and emplacement of 3 historical vehicles representing unit history and celebrating organizational success.• Led the team that planned and coordinated the deployment operations for a multi-organizational exercise in Southern California. Major accomplishments:• Led efforts in organizational modernization through new equipment training and fielding, as well as restructuring agencies based on proposed changes to organizational design. Successfully redeployed 650 personnel, 126 vehicles, and 52 cargo containers from three countries back to the U.S.

Fort Bragg, North Carolina

As the Senior Advisor to the Support Operations Director, I provided advice to the Director of the Support Operations Directorate within the 82nd Airborne Division on impacts to operations and personnel directly affecting mission support. I supervised the directorate consisting of 90 individuals, enabling the synchronization of planning and execution of multi-functional sustainment operations in support of the division. I ensured accuracy of analysis on readiness trends encompassing areas that included vehicle and equipment maintenance, fuel and water sustainment, supply warehouse activities, and logistics functions that included the movement of individuals, equipment, and sustainment requirements in support of the division and 18th Airborne Corps.Major accomplishments:• Established and led the immediate response force outload command-and-control center for real world emergency response a total of three times including for the first real world response in 30 years. Ensured over 3500 personnel processed through six critical stages and departed within 18 hours. • Led the transition of immediate response force outload operations from Fort Bragg/Liberty to Joint Base Charleston during airfield reconstruction. Oversaw outload operations at three key nodes for the immediate response force at Joint Base Charleston in support of the Afghanistan withdrawal.• Ensured planning synchronization of support and sustainment operations between organizations in the U.S. and Europe in preparation for deployment to Poland during the initial stages of the Russian invasion of the Ukraine.• Led efforts to remove 4345 pieces of excess equipment valued at $45 million within the division through streamlined turn-in procedures.

Performs as a Personnel/Talent Manager, Senior Trainer, and Senior Advisor to the Agency Supervisor of all aspects regarding explosive ordnance disposal. Led an agency comprised of 100 personnel responsible for the identification, render-safe, and disposal of unexploded ordnance, chemical, biological, and radiological munitions as well as improvised explosive devices while supporting federal, state, and local law enforcement organizations. Major accomplishments:• Provided the deployment training oversite of the agency to support conventional and special operations forces in Afghanistan• Led the planning and execution of reducing and reorganizing explosive ordnance disposal personnel in Afghanistan during the early stages of withdrawal. Facilitated the closure of two major out-posts, the departure of 15 agency personnel, and disposition of 345 pieces of equipment.

Senior Operations Advisor to the Supervisory Operations Officer and Director of a 275-person organization with a mission to protect forces and citizens from Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and High Yield Explosives hazards, unexploded ordnance, and Improvised Explosive Devices. Responsible for ensuring coordination of support to state and local law enforcement over three states and supervises battalion support to federal law enforcement agencies worldwide.
