Current• Lead evaluation and learning efforts for market-oriented agriculture investments in sub-Saharan Africa by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), and the Rockefeller Foundation, among others.• Conduct rigorous evidence reviews and impact evaluations for the Mastercard Foundation and the David and Lucile Packard Foundation on systems-oriented education and health initiatives in sub-Saharan Africa, South Asia, and the U.S.• Co-create theories of change, learning agendas, and measurement frameworks with private foundations and their partners.• Design online and tablet-based surveys; lead interviews and focus group discussions with government officials, business owners, students and farmers in English and Spanish.• Deliver engaging results presentations and facilitate action-oriented learning events for foundation staff and partners.• Serve as methodological expert for international staff on theories of change, performance evaluation, systems change, and contribution analysis.• Manage teams, budgets, and timelines for evaluations and learning engagements.• Supervise ten PhD-level staff across multiple locations.
