Whether or not a resource is financially feasible is another question.Some of the problems we intend to overcome include:♦ Wind is a fluctuating (intermittent) source of energy and is not suited to meet the base load energy demand unless some form of energy storage is utilized. ♦ The manufacturing and installation of wind turbines requires heavy upfront investments. ♦ Wind turbines can be a threat to wildlife♦ Noise is regularly reported as a problem by neighboring homes.♦ How wind turbines look (aesthetics) is a legitimate concern for some people.Addressing these obstacles has been an ongoing project for at least 10 years and at GWT we have developed solutions that we believe will allow wind energy to realize its potential. O2outreach4u is a non-profit medical research and educational corporation formed to further public awareness and understanding of specific, effective, experimental treatments for Traumatic Brain Injury. Our goal is to conduct & publicize medical research on healing modalities and supporting technologies which facilitate and accelerate recovery.Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) has received more attention recently and based on the followingstatistics is warranted:♦ 1.7 million people sustain TBI each year and 52,000 die♦ 275,000 are hospitalized♦ 1.365 million are treated and released from an emergency department.♦ The two age groups at highest risk for TBI are 0 to 4 year olds and 15 to 19 year olds.O2outreach4u created a proposed experimental TBI treatment protocol combining application of boosted levels of hemoglobin, hyperbaric oxygen saturation, full-body exposure to 10 Micron FIR, while simultaneously & intermittently inducing 128 Hz to the cranium, directly stimulating & entraining the (entire) brain mass to sympathetically vibrate at same cycling frequency.This unique combination of inputs activates/initiates & amplifies the so-called nitric-oxide"puffing-cycle", which has been demonstrated to significantly enhance cellular repair function,including scar tissue remediation.We have partnered with more than a half dozen organizations who are also involved in research in this field and offer some of their modalities and treatments for consideration. Along with my father, it was an honor to became the first and only "civilian" forensic engineer/investigator ever invited to assist in an accident investigation by the California Highway Patrol's Major Accident Investigation Team. Throughout my forensic career, none of the evidence presented in any of my case investigation reports (& opinions) was ever refuted or over-turned.

Hired out of college I had some notable successes including:♦ I successfully carried-out in situ coal-bed monitoring, characterization & data-logging activities following high-explosive coal-bed test-fracturing at Kemmerer Coal Mine, Wyoming.♦ Instrumented & successfully operated the LLNL Oil-Shale Retort Vessel experiments. ♦ Fabricated and tested the first kevlar and carbon-fiber composite ultra-high pressure vessels for NASA. ♦ As the (youngest-ever at LLNL) staff Mechanical Coordinator for the Advanced Laser Group, I provided on-time critical fabricated exotic components to build and test twelve different experimental versions of "The World's Most Powerful Laser" for the Shiva Laser Project, including the first-ever x-ray laser.
