Randy has taught all levels at the Wisconsin School of Business, in the in Biotech program, Industrial Relations, Exec MBA, & Pro MBA. He taught Global Management, Change Management, Organizational Behavior, Leadership, Research Methods, & Data Analysis. HR courses include Intro to HRM, Staffing, & Compensation.He has taught seminars/study trips to China, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, South Africa, Botswana, Chile, & Cuba & classes for universities in China, Vietnam, England, Germany, Italy, Canada, Cuba, Poland, Hungary, & Switzerland. He organized faculty development programs in Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Israel, South Africa, eSwatini, Botswana, Zambia, & Mozambique. He was Faculty Director for the UW Center for International Business Education and Research.Dunham has consulted to over 50 universities from 20 countries on learning technologies. He received the National Educational Media Network Silver Apple Award and multiple UW-Madison teaching and service awards.At Wisconsin, Randy chaired Management & Human Resources & International Business. He was Associate Dean of Graduate Programs, Director of the Executive MBA program, & Senior Associate Dean. He chaired the UW Licensing & Labor Codes Committee.Dunham chaired the Academy of Management Organizational Behavior & Research Methods Divisions, and the HRM Program Committee. He served on the Academy’s Board of Governors & is a member of the Academy’s Journals Hall of Fame. He is a fellow of the American Psychological Association & American Psychological Society. The Society of Human Resource Management twice selected his research as best HR research of the year (flexible benefits & alternative work schedules).Dunham has over 50 refereed scholarly articles, over 100 refereed conference presentations, several learning software packages, & seven books.Dunham has over 40 years of experience in global consulting & development for organizations including Johnson Controls International, American Family Insurance, Canadian Pacific, the Brady Corporation, IBM, Blue-Cross, Coca-Cola, General Electric, the State of Wisconsin, the U.S. Agency for International Development, the U.S. Office of Naval Research, professional societies, & small businesses. His consulting work focused on compensation design, organizational change, mergers & acquisitions, & the development of staffing systems. Randy enjoys visits with his children/grandchildren, travel, cycling, Pickleball & photography. He and his wife are members of The Seven Continents Club.
