Duties consist of weekly/period number evaluations, breakdowns and analysis, conducting of shifts of up to 30 employees at a time, managing and leading of up to 80 employees total, conducting training seminars and meetings, maintenance and accomplishment of certain number goals, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
