In every job I've ever had, it seems like I have always been the problem-solver who fixes technical computer issues and administrative headaches with often unprecedented speed and ostensible ease. My nearly fifteen years of experience in a a variety of office workplaces has led to an advanced working knowledge of all standard office software, with a particular specialization in Microsoft Excel, in which I have developed a wide variety of application-like tools utilizing Visual Basic programming. I have a strong natural aptitude for using software in a way that optimizes and maximizes its functionality in the context of its required purpose, and so while I am already well-versed in the standard suite of office software, I am also able to easily adapt to systems that I may never have seen before, always looking to ensure that the goal of making everything about the operation easier for clients, colleagues and myself.Related skills include streamlining file systems, provisional database maintenance, technical writing, typesetting and report presentation. I'm also a competent web designer, having built several websites from scratch independently with a focus on all forms of digital media, including a functional knowledge of Adobe's graphic design suite for editing photos, videos and producing graphics for both web and print. Plus, I type 100+ words per minute, so all in all, I'm pretty useful to have around a computer.And hey, you got a computer that won't turn on? Broken printer? WiFi not working? I can probably fix all that, too--I've been a certifiable nerd without the certification my entire life and decided it was long overdue that I turn it into some sort of business. For anything in the field of IT, I operate in the field and remotely as a member of the worldwide Nerds On Site network of tech professionals. For anything related to digital marketing or graphic and web design, I am the co-owner of Copperberry Creative Media, a tiny little agency designed to elevate the digital presence of businesses and individuals through increased web exposure, social media integration and establishing a brand identity. So if you have anything remotely technical that you need some help with, I'm probably the right person to ask--and chances are, if I can't fix your problem, I probably know somebody who can!
