As Parts Manager at Thompson's Alabaster location, I manage a small group of seven employees and am responsible in building a cohesive team focused on customer satisfaction and support. My most enjoyable parts of this job was building relationships with existing customers and expanding my territory with new cold call opportunities

Managed the dealership's exchange rebuilt component inventory. This included the justification to make new additions to our component inventory and the removal of obsolete inventory in our program. In addition, we were able to institute the usage of exchange core tracking within the DBS system while re-evaluating how we made repair decisions. During this time, Thompson was able to realize sales and profit percentage related to the exchange rebuild program to date.
