In less than 3 years, the app went from no esignature sales to over 75% of all sales using esignature to close the deal.• Team is also responsible for creating & maintaining all electronic documentation used by sales, customer service, collections & billing teams including contracts, Insurance Requirements, Corporate Resolutions, Demand Letters, Payoff Letters, Welcome Packages, Invoices as well as thousands of others.• Demo and/or train sales and support teams & external vendor customers on flagship applications & esignature.

The MetLife Investors subsidiary (MLI) was an Irvine-based startup selling annuity financial products and reaching sales of $30B/year.Over my 14+ years with MLI, I had many roles including front-end developer, back-end developer, Project Lead & Team Lead. In my most recent role as Senior Software Engineer, my responsibilities included the following:• Lead developer of the flagship CRM application for web and mobile platforms which was written using a .NET (C# & vb.net), N-tier architecture with MS SQL Server for both the oltp & olap databases. This application was built from scratch to a fully functioning CRM app in less than 6 months. It was the primary tool used by the MLI division to go from no sales in 2000 to $1.5B in the first year & exceeding $30 billion sales by 2006. It was so successful that it was ported over for use by several other MetLife teams.• Lead developer & database architect on “clean sheet” re-write of a client CRM app & database. The project was completed start to finish in 3 months. The MS SQL Server database was populated in part using 8 separate on-going data feeds using SSIS as well as transactions input through the application. The database initial handled 15M client records & 60M transaction logs but is designed to scale to at least 30M client records & 100M+ transaction logs.• Database architect/developer on a brand new sales management metric app. Completely new database designed from scratch based only FRD/business input. Also included ETL to warehouse database.• Work with up to 10 other developers in providing technical solutions to business needs and coordinating with project managers, IT managers & the QA team to ensure project deadlines and functionality were met or exceeded.
