In 2021 Randall's Client Advocacy Team was awarded the first ever Outstanding Achievement Award for IBM's Intellectual Property Group. Current IBM Chairman, Arvind Krishna, credited NPS for delivery of "improved brand health and higher consideration" in his 4Q 2022 IBM results broadcast.
