I have had the opportunity to attended business and leadership conferences as a means to improve my personal leadership skills, develop better skills building teams, and gain success perspective from influential leaders in the country. Some leaders I have had the privilege of learning from are people such as John Maxwell, Frank Luntz, Brad Stine, Rick Green, David Barton and many more leaders. These events have increased my knowledge of business and leadership but also my ability to go out and create a better environment for people to be able to lead, as well as, become productive no matter their role in an organization.
