Some examples of recent accomplishments:Served as Interim CFO of $700MM revenue CPG company with operations in more than 60 countries. Led finance team with direct reports in countries such as Brazil, Taiwan, and Singapore. Tenure was immediately after a recapitalization and very significant revenue decline. 2021-2022.Led investor team to acquire assets of distressed distribution company. Restructured operations and generated profitability and positive cash flow from first month. Developed wholesale accounts in Mexico, Chile, Brazil, Australia and South Africa. Sold business to strategic buyer. Responsible for most corporate governance and legal.Responsible for all financial activities: financial statements, banking relationships, cash management/treasury, foreign exchange, supply chain, tax, customs, lease contracts, and payroll. Divested operations and liquidated assets upon company's exit from Argentina during financial crisis. Selected new third party distributor.
