We built and launched a mobile application, custom-branded for small, local health insurers. The Affordable Care Act allowed the creation of community-centered, non-profit health insurers, and these were Capsci’s first customers. This is a good retrospective on the ACA Co-Op program: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/32589221/We interviewed and studied users from multiple insurers, and built an app to help with some of their most pressing concerns: finding health insurance documents, sending insurance information to their doctors, and finding a doctor in the first place.We also integrated with physician-as-a-service platforms to afford patient/physician interactions via our mobile app. -
