My expertise in a wide range of applications and systems, allows me to effectively support our team of highly skilled accountants and consultants.I am responsible for ensuring that our technology systems are running smoothly, troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to improve performance. I work closely with our IT team to implement security protocols and disaster recovery plans to protect our clients' sensitive information. I am also responsible for managing software upgrades, testing new applications and technologies, and providing training and support to our staff.With a strong background in IT and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technologies, I bring a unique perspective to the team at HBK CPA's & Consultants.
