Liaison between agency leadership, clients, and internal agency departments.- Constant oversight of ad initiatives from conception to execution.- Mentor and guide aspiring Account Managers and Account Executives. - Act as an encyclopedia of deep knowledge to each clients’ brands, products, and services relative to their position in the marketplace - in respect to their goals.- Anticipate and act on market evolutions to ensure clients remain on top.- Develop and revise client monthly, quarterly and annual ad budgets.

Encourage involvement of students on-campus and in our community through strategic messaging to students, faculty, staff and community members.- Coordinate and distribute tasks to our creative team and traffic creative to on/off-campus vendors.- Manage & publish content through social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)- Develop and implement marketing plans for the entire department.- Collaborate with peers to develop additional strategies to encourage student engagement.- Develop a clearer brand identity for the Department of Campus Involvement.

Organizational leader for the Student Body at St. Cloud State University- Manage and facilitate all senate meetings. (via Sturgis)- Communicate and provide resources for all students at St Cloud State University. - Conduct and assist in personal and professional member training and development. - Hold regular meetings with members to keep them informed on current events and provide them with resources to strengthen the organization. - Maintain and regulate meetings with Deans and University Administrators throughout the academic year.- Assist in project and programming support and implementation at the organizational and university levels. - Serve on various committees across campus to address student concerns and needs. - Develop solutions for organizational problems to create a better working environment for all members. - Provide assistance to or fill in for the President when called upon to do so.

- Manage 10-25 non-profit tele-fundraising, marketing, and sales campaigns daily.- Monitor associate productivity and sales performance on respective campaign.- Schedule, assign and adjust associate hours between campaigns based on KPI's to maximize performance.- Contribute to, distribute and facilitate performance reviews for associates.- Implement incentive and reinforcement programs to maximize associate performance.- Provide associates with both real-time and long-term communication and fundraising strategies.- Provide fundraising campaign feedback to our Client Services staff.- Collaborate with our Client Services staff to develop effective campaign message strategies.- Conduct campaign and client trainings for all associates.- Log and monitor bonus and incentives given to associates.- Review and green light campaign launches.- Advise and direct priorities for Performance Coaches based upon campaign necessities.
