At Hatfield, I led the adoption and implementation of intelligent automation tools to drive the organization’s digital transformation goals through collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify and analyze opportunities to streamline and automate business processes. This role primarily involved me working with Power Automate, Power Apps and CoPilot Studio.

As part of the Data & Analytics team at PwC, I worked with a diverse portfolio of public and private sector clients on data strategy, data engineering and data science projects. In my role, I worked across a range of tools, including Python, Databricks, Power BI, SQL and Alteryx. One of my key projects in my time at PwC included a secondment as a backend algorithm developer to one of Australasia’s largest insurance companies for 18 months to implement a complex pricing engine as part of one of insurance’s largest transformation projects. I was involved with developing a wide range of automation scripts for data ingestion, data transformation as well as designing and implementing a unit test automation framework.

As part of the systems engineering team, I provided network and infrastructure support in both on-premises and cloud environments for a range of clients in the financial services, fintech and retail industries. In this role I was exposed to a wide range of technologies including Microsoft Azure, AWS, Windows AD and a variety of AV providers.
