I upgraded the DocuMaker system from 10.0 to 11.4. I trained the staff on the new version and mentoring them with they redesigned the billing documents.

We upgraded Documaker RP 10.3 to 11.4. I have ported and modifying the existing custom code. I upgraded the DocuPresentment with the 11.4 bridge modules. I converted the print from Xerox to AFP and prepared it for outsourcing. I set up the system to also output in PCL for local print and special handling. I wrote a custom utility to reposition PCL postcard documents and print multiple postcards on a single 8.5 X 11 page.

I assisted the print team in upgrading from Documaker RP 10.3 to Documaker RP 11.3. I ported their old custom code and wrote new code where necessary. I trained them on the differences and helping them work around functions that are not backward compatible.I assisted them with the necessary upgrade of the DocuPresentment (IDS) system. I identified and resolved a serious performance issue related to the upgrade.

I assisted Farmers in their implementation of a new billing system and customer bill. My role was in the design and creation of the customer bill and other related documents. I set up their local and mainframe process to use DocuMaker RP. I also helped them with their Documanage to Documaker conversion.

Celina Insurance Group American Modern Insurance Group Progressive InsuranceI performed both onsite and remote support on various issues. I provided advice and advanced training to customer using multiple platforms. AIG Agency Auto I designed and implemented the print for a new billing system and a new thin client rating system. The print implemented using Docucorp Documaker RP Documaker Studio and DocuPresentment (iPPS). Print was generated in both PCL and PDF formats. I also used Documaker to detect and report errors in the Exceed data feed file. I assisted the customer to interpret and address the print vendor’s requirements. I created the shell scripts to automate and run all the necessary processes to retrieve the data file, process the data file with the Docucorp software to generate the print files, and then send the print files to the needed print houses.

My job at Docucorp (formerly known as FormMaker) has always been one of problem-solver. I designed and built new functionality into Docucorp's core product to support the needs of the utilities industry. I created needed custom functionality for customers.One of my duties was to lead and mentor Software Engineers. I teach the technical aspect of the product to new and experienced programmers. When a customer was dissatisfied with the performance of Docucorp's product, I successfully improved the product's performance.

I was an IBM mainframe systems programmer. I have extensive experience as an assembly language programmer. I installed and maintained products including but not limited to: CA1, CA7, CA11, AF/Operator, DataExpert, PoolDASD, StopX37, Quikjob, and Quick Ref.I maintained IBM products including TSO, ISPF/PDF, HSM and managed the disaster recovery plan.
