Responsible for co-leading the Resource Management Office to accomplish our company´s strategic objetive of maximizing the billable utilization of our nearshore consultants, by analyzing customer project demand to make the most efficient resource allocation desicions Just In Time (JIT methodology).• Performe Resource Management processes such as managing the bench, lead consultants through staffing processes, attend client´s Quarterly Business Review meetings to find staffing and/or backfill opportunities, and maintain updated the system of record (Salesforce/FinancialForce PSA) with Supply and Demand information.• Support Directors with data based insights and suggesting corrective action plans in order to maximize client satisfaction, reduce time to staff, and optimize consulting resource utilization (keep bench in zero).•Own resource management data analytics, including maintenance, statistical analysis, reporting, vizualization and forecasting using top industry data tools to provide accurate real time information to Delivery organization .• Lead ad hoc agile cross functional complex projects to enhance system capabilities and create better business processes using Agile methodology, to develop stronger data models for better resource management insights. • Service our client project needs by partnering partnering with Delivery and Recruitment to build the best teams possible JIT, based on criteria including, but not limited to, experience & skills, availability, development plans, cost margins and project budget.
