• Executed oversight and decision authority as Contracting Officer’s Representative leading 300-member military and contractor teams spanning multiple programs and stakeholder agencies providing engineering, anomaly resolution, training, and collection capability for complex national intelligence space assets valued at $10 billion.• Chief integrator executing design, validation, training and evaluation program development, and configuration control through 500 average annual space and ground system additions and changes.• Directed 30-member teams to solve 57 major spacecraft anomalies which twice averted complete loss.• Led innovative National Reconnaissance Office teaming at Space Flag 20-1 - won Outstanding Performer award.

• Instructed and evaluated satellite theory and initial operations skills for the $36.5B Global Positioning System (GPS), Defense Satellite Communication System (DSCS) III, and Milstar constellations.• Supervised a 6-member instructor team to administer 1088 hours of training and graduate 113 students.• Managed the $4.6M ground and spacecraft systems simulator used for scenario development, instruction, and crew force evaluation leading to issue identification and fix actions for over 18 malfunctions.• Led the Wideband Global SATCOM (WGS) satellite operations task analysis and course redesign, saving 44 training days and $300 thousand annually.

• Led 6 personnel as first-ever enlisted WGS engineer, in charge of development, testing, and implementation of functions, commands, and verifications for initial and future commanding of the new $1.8B satellite.• Performed planning, trending, and analysis of spacecraft information to determine state of health for the $3.9B WGS and DSCS III programs - resolved satellite malfunctions, directed orbital safety and emergency fix actions.• Achieved 1000 error-free satellite contact milestone using Satellite Control Network, WGS, DSCS III, and coalition spacecraft encompassing launch, early orbit, station-keeping, orbital safety, super-synchronous maneuvers, and anomaly resolution.

• Led training, standardization, and evaluation teams spanning 8 units, 1,300 operators, and $46B in space assets.• Personally conducted 130 evaluations across 860 requirements to enforce new crew training program standards.

• Hand-picked to teach first classes on the new $146M satellite ground system for DSCS III, Milstar, WGS, and Advanced Extremely High Frequency (AEHF) constellations - surpassed expectations with 100% certification.• Identified and resolved 25 technical order issues, conducted 34 evaluations, and instructed 150 students.

• Led 8 personnel as ground system expert to execute over 750 real-time command and control contacts over 167 error-free days and 20 DoD and NATO spacecraft totaling $5.1B.• Detected, analyzed, and resolved data link and ground system issues encountered during satellite contacts - facilitated critical operations to enhance vehicle performance and ensure survivability.

• Directed and controlled operations of Cavalier Air Force installation, including the $1.6B Perimeter Acquisition Radar Attack Characterization System (PARCS), all facilities, and 175 military and contractor personnel.• Transmitted ballistic missile and near earth satellite orbital data and reports to the Joint Space Operations Center.
