Recent legislation in NJ has created an opportunity for community solar - a new initiative that will allow equal access for everyone, not just a select few, to benefit from local, clean, renewable energy from the sun. I'm currently working on one of the first community solar projects in NJ, which will provide guaranteed savings to residents who pay electric utilities - particularly in the most vulnerable communities - without ever having to install any panels or pay any upfront fees.
